Within EU:
Business-to-Business shipments within the European Union where we have been provided with a validated VAT number will be shipped under the Intracommunity Supply rules according to article 138 (1) of the Council Directive 2006/112/EC – INCOTERMS: DAP via DHL Express/Economy only.
For all other shipments within the EU without a validated VAT number and non-business entities, your package will be shipped DAP (as defined by INCOTERMS 2010) to your location via DHL Express/Economy or Poczta Polska (Registered Priority Mail or Parcel).
Outside the European Union:
Shipments outside the EU are shipped via DHL Express. Please note you may be liable to pay import customs/taxes. INCOTERMS: DAP
All orders are sent from Poland/EU.
